To Whom It May Concern, I have known Ann Barkley since January of 2014 when she began matriculating as a student at the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies (IWS), where I serve as president. Ms. Barkley was a good student at IWS and displayed solid academic competence. I have found her to be highly gifted in her people skills, displaying a servant attitude toward those with whom she associates. She is a ready volunteer for any task requested of her. More specifically she served as a musician for some of our worship services, and did so quite admirably as a musician and quite honorably without complaint, always ready to satisfy every request made of her. She has demonstrated promptness for deadlines, strong abilities in communication, and a firm grasp on the intricacies of servant leadership. Ms. Barkley has demonstrated a superb breadth of wisdom, knowledge and experience, and she is committed to investing in a legacy of worship formation of future leaders.
