  I was responsible for the daily scheduling of over 600 students and 150 instructors in our fast phased dynamic Flight Training Organization. While complying with FAA, EASA and JCAB requirements, I ensured our daily production targets were reached in correspondence with the different customers' Training Services Agreements. Together with my team, I created various daily reports to ensure current and future quality and compliance.I also managed the development and maintenance of instructional plans for new team members, which includes manuals, presentations, worksheets and other valuable training material.

  I was responsible for the overall Customer Service experience at our Phoenix location, the largest Flight Training Organization of CAE. Together with my team, I had the pleasure to assist and help over 600 student from different cultures and backgrounds achieve their goals.To make this happen, I oversaw and supported Apartment Coordinators and worked with apartment management staff to ensure successful relationships between CAE, students and the local community. I created regular cadet engagement activities and addressed any student concerns as needed.Our team scheduled transportation for the many domestic and international arrivals and departures.To accomplish the above mentioned tasks, I worked closely together with all responsible Operations Leaders and Training Managers to ensure a seamless experience for the students between their training and personal life.

  I was responsible to dispatch and check in aircraft and simulators in Talon ETA (an online resource management system) for the largest Flight Training Organization of CAE.I verified over 600 students’ identity and assured they have proper documentation to fly. Taking into account many variables in the maintenance and aviation world, I was given the responsibility to be the problem solver that acts as structured communicators between pilots, maintenance, students and appropriate supervisors. I also had the responsibility for initiating lines of communication for safe operations and during incidents.
