For the same a bottom's up participatory approach will be followed in consultation with and for the stakeholders involving the community and the implementing partner- Wellpaper, Auroville.   Assignment related: - Was a part execution team for conducting Impact Assessment of CSR Activities of F.Y. 2018-19 for Jindal Steel and Power Limited. Was involved in questionnaire preparation, data collection (field visit was made to Patratu, Jharkhand covering approximately 800 beneficiaries) ,data cleaning, analysis and report writing. - Undertook study on CSR activities of HUDCO to identify constraints and mapping way forward for improving efficiency of CSR initiatives of the company. Project was covered in 5 states- Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Gujarat. I had coordinated data collection at Tamil Nadu and field visits were made to Punjab (in order to assess the impact of construction of night shelters at Jalandhar and renovation of washrooms in Boys Hostel, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar funded by HUDCO) covering 100 beneficiaries and interviewed the implementation agencies, data cleaning, analysis and report writing for the respective states and further compilation of entire report - Made Exposure visits to Roorkee (nautical artefacts cluster) and Barauliya (medicinal plants cluster) for understanding the cluster development under KVIC- SFURTI scheme. -Worked as an assisting team member in Implementation of capacity building programme on climate change adaptation in the Indian Himalayan States and Developing Training Manual on Adaptation Planning Non- Assignment related: -Tender scouting, E- tendering, preparation of proposal, liasioning with the client and management of database etc. as a part of business development team - Member in Selection Committee for Hiring of Junior and Senior Consultant for the “E Shakti Project of MCID, NABARD across 22 states in India.
