  Responsible for renewing 2014 Section 106 Programmatic Agreement (PA). Provided direct project support on the more complex issues of Section 106 compliance, including consultation with ACHP, SHPO, FHWA, local governments, Indian tribes, historic preservation groups, and the public. Project Sponsor for the Caltrans Cultural Resources Database (CCRD). Managed $10m Division budget, supervised contract services support unit and administrative staff, and oversaw Division-wide contract management for consistency with Caltrans policies.
