      Co-Founded a healthcare platform (with 800% m-o-m, highest growth rate) to aggregate and provide next-generation critical care, recuperative services to patients within the comfort of their homes. This idea, on operational level is quite early and in nascent age, in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. We successfully, ran our operation as ever-evolving pilot in multiple cities of the country.       The enriching summer internship experience brought with itself, deep understanding of the channel management, specific to internet banking in the retail banking scenario. The objective encompassed ways to develop and plan the digital experience of the users by doing a multi-level analysis of the banking industry, both, locally and globally. Hence, primary and secondary analysis was undertaken to analyze the internet banking capability vis-à-vis competitive banks in India. Through surveys done online on the bank’s website and on social media platforms need-gap identification exercise was conducted to help prioritize the implementation plans of features keeping speed, accessibility and preference in mind. In parallel, various industry practices and future preferences of the trend was undertaken to recommend and create a plan for long-term planning of the functionalities to keep the digital channel ahead of time.
