Anko completed a full year which showed right away his commitment. Anko became quickly a very well liked person within the operation due to his intelligent approach to the work, his initiatives, his dedication and his personality and character. During the course of his year, Anko accomplished a lot, like : He revamped the beverage program at Hershey Country Club; he was very instrumental in several upgrades of the POS system. Anko was given and took the lead-roll in re-developing a new service training program and consequently became also the lead trainer and he got a very grip on overall food& beverage control. Anko is comfortable in the front-of-the-house as well as in the back-of-the house in the food & beverage operation. It was due to his VISA ending otherwise we would have kept him at HCC. Anko contributed tremendous value in his 12 months and made a lot of friends among the club members, guests and staff alike. He gets the job done!! We wish him all the best and a bright future.
