  MySale Group acquired Ortega Group’s ANZ business in April 2017. I joined Ortega Group in Aug 2007. • Monthly Management reporting with commentary, preparing consolidated P&L & Balance Sheet, variance analysis • Annual budgeting, Half yearly forecasting & financial modeling • Managing royalty reporting and forecasting for license agreements • Business Partnering regular liaison with Operations, IT, Customer Service, Marketing divisions and overseas agents • Retained and supervised highly motivated team of three staff members • Profoundly involved in company restructure, establishing a company in New Zealand and Canada, setting up bank accounts and merchant facilities globally. I was predominantly responsible for sale of a Group Company and preparation of multiple due diligence reports. I assisted Administrator and Liquidator in winding up the company • System analysis, data flow analysis and continuous system improvements. Process implementation for revenue reconciliation. As a part of system analysis and revenue reconciliation I discovered a fraud of $150k and recovered the amount previously been written off • Review marketing promotions and results, recommended changes based on performance and saved $0.4m with minimumrevenue impact • Developed and implemented dashboard reports for daily circulations, weekly trade meetings and product performance by category & category managers. This replaced the numerous models used by each category managers and maintained overall data accuracy • Reduced the month end process by 2 working days • Involved in systems and software migrations.
