The project involved understanding the key issues and challenges faced PPPs in the commercial infrastructure sectors (roads, ports, airports, power) and identification of key elements of an enabling environment for scaling PPPs in the social sectors. The broader objective of the project was to propose policy recommendations to the government to build an enabling environment for such partnerships in the country. The project also developed MSWM and UWS tooikits for local government officials following a project life-cycle approach.
