Working remotely with the team, my major task was to work on the frontend of their website, built with React, adding new features and updating and fixing existing features. I also worked on the backend, mainly doing email and website scraping (with selenium) and database and API integration. I was one of the two students selected by CROSS as GSoC 2018 students to work on their open-source projects. My project included adding some features (integrating with some APIs, improving existing features and fixing bugs, among others) to the Popper CLI tool, which aims to simplify automation and re-execution of experimentation pipelines using a DevOps approach.
