-Projects undertaken included software, hardware deliverables -team members were from matrix cross functional disciplines of Development (different platforms, legacy and windows), Testing, Support, Enterprise teams like Database group, GIS -teams were diverse and located both in Melbourne and Bangalore (virtual and co-located) and stakeholders, customers & Operations users were also located in Melbourne, Bangalore, Singapore, New York etc. Achievements and Accountabilites: •… Show more -Projects undertaken included software, hardware deliverables -team members were from matrix cross functional disciplines of Development (different platforms, legacy and windows), Testing, Support, Enterprise teams like Database group, GIS -teams were diverse and located both in Melbourne and Bangalore (virtual and co-located) and stakeholders, customers & Operations users were also located in Melbourne, Bangalore, Singapore, New York etc. Achievements and Accountabilites: • Excellent customer satisfaction exceeding expectations. • Consistent zero-defect seamless delivery adhering to cost, schedule, ANZ quality standards of a number of releases/projects by careful planning, co-ordination and execution and implementation skills. • Main program handled was related to AML and sanctions - US OFAC regulatory authority had stipulated time period, failing which penalties would be imposed. Hence, a program was set up that involved many departments to interface to this application. Overall budget was approx. 2 million AUD across 1 year. • Performed Technical Project manager role - successfully delivered the upgrade of the OFAC application. This was the 1st project fully managed from Bangalore in the team. It was high-profile because of the critical nature of the application. Unsuccessful delivery would result in fine from OFAC authority, impact bank’s operations and get negative publicity. Budget of approx 500000 AUD. Core team of 8 team members, extended team of around 18 team members including Infrastructure Technical Project Manager. Clients in Australia, users across the globe, project team members, production implementation team in Bengaluru, Melbourne and s/w vendor team in US. Tools used - As per ANZ standards, MS Project, Clarity NIKU Workbench for planning, tracking, MS Excel, MSWord and OPA templates for status reporting. AHD for implementation, Test Director for tracking requirements and defects, PVCS for version control, s/w configuration management.
