My name is Jackie Giordano and I am the Implementation Supervisor at Coastal Payroll Services. I have been with the company for 10 years and have close to 15 years of experience working in payroll and HR. I have worked with many individuals across various departments during my time at Coastal Payroll and Jori is one of the few that has stood out. I had the pleasure of working alongside Jori when she began her career in our implementation department. She has that natural ability to multitask, and problem solve in high stress situations. Working in the payroll field you need to constantly meet deadlines to guarantee employees are paid timely. The added layer of working within our implementation department meant Jori needed to also ensure new companies were built within our software, detailed timelines were provided to clients, employee information was transferred accurately, trainings were conducted with client contacts and ancillary services were completed by additional departments. Not only was Jori able to successfully implement new business she also was able to build relationships and make clients feel like they were part of our ‘Coastal Family’. In addition to her outstanding work ethic, Jori has always been an approachable team player. She thrives in a team setting and also has the ability to be her own project manager. She was an asset to our department and I have no doubt she will remain a key asset in her next career move.
