Nick Morrell
I worked with Anji in early 2022 whilst my family and I were considering both a career changes and country changes. The experience was incredibly useful as Anji helped me clarify various immediate considerations and decisions whilst planting the seeds for longer term growth. I was fortunate enough to join Anji's Supercharge Your Career group mentoring program during 2021/22. She came along at the right time, since I was 20 years into my Media career, knowing where I wanted to be when I retired, but not what or where to be up to that point. Over the 6 month program she coached me through all sorts of challenging situations, everything from dealing with multiple resignations, disconnects with colleagues, and even simple yet effective relaxation techniques. Following the initial 6 months, I stayed on for an extra 6, where Anji was free for me to check in with her with any challenges, issues or stumbling blocks I may have been undertaking. She was a fantastic safety blanket, but also inspired me to go off and use my new talents to face my situations alone as I was. more than capable of doing following her mentoring. Not only did Anji instil some really useful techniques, and life lessons, but I also met some incredible people as part of the program, some I hope to keep in touch with for many years to come. I cannot thank Anji enough for all her guidance over the last few years, and would encourage anyone to seek her award winning expertise!
