  Zebra Medical is a family-owned business operating in the oncology, vascular access and pain management space, with its head office in Johannesburg, South Arica. Since its establishment in 2002, Zebra Medical has established itself as a key supplier and distributor of medical devices to private & government hospitals, clinics and medical practices (including oncologists, surgeons, radiologists and such like) in Southern Africa. With a strong oncology focus, we pride ourselves in being able to provide patients & doctors with exemplary service levels, and in being able to fulfil all disposable product needs that a cancer patient may require, including our premium implantable ports and Huber needle range from Vygon. Additional product divisions include pain management which includes pain pumps and indwelling wound catheters for post operative pain management utilising local anaesthetics (versus traditional opioids) from AVANOS MEDICAL. Our niche products are sourced internationally, predominantly from Europe and North America, and meet FDA and CE mark pre-requisites. My role at Zebra Medical as CEO is all encompassing. The past few months have been a challenging journey of change management, keeping every member of our team at every level motivated, caring for their mental health and financial well being, and ensuring that ZEBRA MEDICAL not only survives but thrives in a post-COVID era.
