I will work on the Case Repository that is being planned. I will be conducting research on ongoing cases of sexual abuse and harassment against children and compiling this data in a repository. This repository will then be made available for everyone, making the work of lawyers helping the victims easier and allow more efficient access to justice for the children. Attended Level 1, 2 and 3 of the Mediator Training Course and learned about the various skills that a mediator requires to be successful. We were taught the basics of mediation followed by intermediate skills and eventually, we gave a final assessment which will help us become YCM certified mediators. There were many simulation sessions held which helped us practically use the skills we were learning. We were also offered working opportunities with YCM upon completion of the course.
