Anja is een enorm waardevolle leidinggevende. Ze is heel open en transparant en moedigt de mensen aan om initiatief te nemen. Doordat ze zelf ook leergierig is en haar kennis ook graag deelt heb ik heel veel van haar geleerd en ook veel kansen gekregen waardoor ik een veel breder inzicht gekregen heb op allerlei taken en de bedrijfswereld in het algemeen. Het is een plezier om voor zo iemand te werken.
