Completion of second phase including completion of public and private property sign-offs, selection of graphics and installation of 23 permanent way finding pylons throughout the District. 2-An expanded and enhanced landscaping program of ground planters, hanging baskets and additional landscaping projects. Doubled the plantings in the District, set up systems for maintenance, and insured that the quality and design advance the BID's brand. 3-Conceptualized and initiated new public art program for the District. PAUSE, the BID's public art program commissions artists to create work that encourages District visitors to stop and appreciate the rich and varied architectural heritage of the District.
