I have worked with Anita for 3+ years. During that time we worked on various clinical trial related software development. projects. She demonstrated clear understanding of the clinical requirements, which helped to deliver the product that was used during trials. She was clear in her thoughts and communicated the issues with viable solutions. It was great to work and collaborate with her on such projects. I highly recommend her and wish her good luck.

I hired Anita back in 2008 when I was tasked by the Leadership Team at Boston Scientific to build a new Systems Integration and Test Team from the ground up in their Neuromodualtion Division. My first priority was to find a strong technical leader that I could build my team around. After interviewing several candidates, I selected Anita as she had not only great skills and experience, but great potential and eagerness to learn. Over the next 2-3 years, I relied on Anita to help drive the definition of processes, help with on-boarding of new employees as we grew the team, and to also be a highly productive individual contributor. Anita achieved all of this while demonstrating discipline and an exceptional quality orientation. She was an anchor to a team that needed direction and a strong technical leadership example. In addition, even during the most stressful of times Anita always found a way to help the team relax, have fun and be productive. As I reflect back on her performance, Anita was an extremely valuable asset to me and to the department as we successfully built this group. The capability we built in the organization went on to win several awards and recognitions - all of which she was instrumental in helping us achieve. I enjoyed working with her during my tenure as a Manager at Boston Scientific and I highly recommend Anita not only for her technical skill, but for her professionalism and her ability to reduce the overall stress level within the team.
