I had the great pleasure of working and cooperating with Anita on several projects - both in the field of Leadership and Talent Development for the Maersk Group and on the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System for the group. I have come to admire Anita's ability to quickly understand complex problems, and her attention to detail - always striving towards better logistical procedures. She is self-motivating, inspirational and very skilled within her field. Furthemore she is a humorous and attentive person who collaborates effortless across functions, jobgrades and culture.
