Juggling an MSc, full time working hours and a home life on top offered some very trying moments throughout the course, but Anita was a tremendous help and deserves a huge amount of credit. I enrolled on the Lancaster University MSc programme September 2020.....my first interaction with the course and University was with Anita who from day one for the duration of the programme was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful and reactive at all times. In addition to the general facilitation of the MSc, Anita provided guidance, support and re-assurance in her continual friendly and positive manner. Anita is delightful, knowledgeable and highly professional in equal measures.
