  In May of 2014 I became the Branch Banking Manager in the New Glarus office with the objective of meeting the financial service needs of our customer in the community market area including Consumer Lending. I am responsible to implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of AnchorBank's overall strategic plan including excellent customer service, sales and referrals. Partner with internal business partners for increased growth in AnchorBank’s financial suite which include Investments, Mortgage Lending and Business Banking. Ensuring the office is compliant with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports. Prior to Branch Banking, include: Daily management of financial accounts critical to the Bank’s financial statements. Balancing of clearing accounts, processing of NSF items, chargeback items, maintenance to accounts and ACH processing; assisting branch personnel resolve key transactional and customer issues; providing reports necessary to understand and monitor the department’s performance.
