Currently am working as a Senior Recruiter. Recruit by using internal intranet source to search resumes and to post positions available utilizing sources such as Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Craigslist.com, and other sites. Conduct interviews to assess and understand applicants full potential to create an appropriate placement with customers. I hire applicants to establish a pool for available and upcoming positions. Also, perform I-9 process using E-Verify, conduct background checks and also perform pre- employment drug screens. Experience with Industrial, Clerical, Accounting and Manufacturing. Process personnel files, follow requests of customers, handle payroll issues, time off requests& attendance monitoring. Excellent at handling conflict and dispute resolution. Demonstrate a high level of self-initiative for maximizing productivity, including multitasking in reception and clerical duties, special project support, and training/mentor ship of employees.
