I also had responsibility for the WebTV, so I know computing on Mac programs and Windows very well. Summer 2012 I started in the Finance department in the same firm. I was given responsibility for the payment of the firm's invoices. I also had the responsibility for the company’s customers. The company received financial support from their customer, so if they had any problem with their payment I would help them. I often talk to the customer over the phone and sometimes on emails. At Lindorff I worked as a customer service representative by telephone and email helping people find an arrangement to pay off their debt. My shift could be from 5 to 8 hours, at this time my job was to answer incoming calls, I also did outgoing calls. I as the employee was measured by the work I did, on our efficiency and also on the customers kept the agreements we signed with them. For me to get an 100% efficiency I had to have 14 incoming calls in one hour, or 25 outgoing calls in one hour. In the end of every month the leader said how we did that month. He could give me both good and bad feedback. There was actually some month where I did 100 % efficiency. When I worked at Lindorff I got a lot of customer’s service experience. You meet very different customer each day, and you had to try and find a solutions to their problems. Show less
