I first worked with Home Front as a Case Manager. My role was to assist the women in that program with obtaining and connecting with the resources they needed to re-establish and become self sufficient once again. At Home front we worked with other community partners to stay connected and remain resources for each other with a common goal. I first worked with Home Front as a Case Manager.
