Assign daily production work assignments for shift workers. I answer questions as they arise, as well as any other work related issues that aid in completion of the worked assigned according to customer specifications. We strive to work to enhance our customer satisfaction by providing them with a high level of efficiency when providing them with a finish product. I am responsible for training new employees as well providing continuous hands-on-training for all employees as needed. These responsibilities include providing all training materials, ensuring that employees understand the materials and or following the specification for each job assigned. I provide feedback, be it negative or positive, so that the employees are aware of any changes that need to be made. Job duties are assigned daily according to work load and turnover expectations. Regular discussions with management to obtain upcoming work expectations for upcoming periods and past productivity. I work along side the production manager as her assistance to ensure that work flows are usual. Operate phone system, directing calls to departments as they come in. Inventory supplies and forward orders for supplies to be order.

My responsibilities included making sure to that I am using the correct job specifications for each application that I am using. I ensure that the documents are properly placed on the scanner to be scanned out onto the network. It is my responsibility to continually view the images as they are being scanned to check for any errors that need to be repaired. I do this to ensure that each image can be viewed at the best quality available.
