I have known Anissa for about 10 years, she has been an enormous resource during the most critical time of ZOLL Medical in Asia Pac. She was extremely knowledgeable in the healthcare business, was someone that offered valuable insights on organisational structures and development, and was instrumental in placing high caliber personnel into our organisation. Finding the right person for the job is never easy since, as they say, one needs to be there at the right time and the right place. However, Anissa has always been a great partner to me who makes this task much simpler. She invests her time in understanding the clients' needs, the company culture and the expectations from the candidates. She is also not shy to share her valuable insights and thoughts. What I appreciate the most from her is that she always tries to find what's best and fair for both the company and the selected candidate. In addition, she checks in with the selected candidate from time to time to see how they're doing. While seemingly simple, these have helped me to get candidates who shares common objectives/interests with us, and therefore would stay longer with us.
