I have had the pleasure to work with Anish over a time-span of more than 18 months on multiple projects where I was directly reporting to Anish. During this time period, I have been able to appreciate Anish as a manager and to learn a great deal from him. Anish is a great manager of people; he always encourages junior resources to go above and beyond their role to allow them to develop the next set of skills. Moreover, Anish takes everybody’s opinion into consideration, trusts his team and is never afraid of testing new solutions. Finally, Anish manages the team effectively, minimising reworking and never asking for unnecessary work. Anish is forward looking and proactive: he works relentlessly on improving the process foreseeing potential problems that might arise. Finally, Anish displays impressive soft skills with the clients and other business related parties. I am glad to have him as a colleague and I look forward to working together again the future.

I've worked and managed Anish recently on a major post merger integration project in the Middle-East. Initially, Anish was very active. He always took the extra initiative to perfect all tools and materials used. Later on, Anish took the PMO role in the integration and managed client project teams across 8 separate workstreams; not only did Anish deliver on the project, he also earned client CEOs trust. He always showed a lot of energy to get things done. He was always practical and organised/ on top of things. I very much enjoyed working with Anish and can't wait to work with him further in the future.
