I had the pleasure of working with Anisha at the Anheuser-Busch, Los Angeles Brewery, in Van Nuys. As a Group Manager in the Quality Assurance Department, I managed Anisha directly. Anisha began her AB career in the Packaging Quality Assurance department, where she quickly and confidently learned each different job assignment and moved through the rotations with ease. Each assignment requires mastering a group of SOPs, skills, and equipment, and Anisha quickly and confidently did so, including the Non-Direct role which required Subject Matter Expertise in all of the areas, holding product, processing defective materials, and more. Always up for a challenge, Anisha was selected to cross train in three of our Brewing Quality Assurance positions. Her work as the owner of IBU/Fan analysis included significant work in preventive maintenance of the instrument, management of the supplies, consumables, reagents, and ownership of the "controls" needed to assure the instrument was calibrated and performing as appropriate per the inter-brewery comparisons. (PPM Metrics). She also managed the 5S for the area and the associated other activities such as the control charts, instrument manuals, pipettor calibrations, Barnstead system, and more. As the OJT Master trainer, I developed Anisha in her OJT Trainer role. She did an excellent job with her trainees, using different methods of learning (Self-Study of the SOP and Materials, Demonstration, Hands on Learning/Operating Practice) and assured training was properly documented via Practical and Written Masteries. Anisha managed our Chemical Tracking System for QA, using Lotus Notes. She was certified as the Chemist that could represent the Los Angeles Brewery. As the leader of the VPO implementation for Quality Assurance, I worked with Anisha as she supported the requirements we laid out for a benchmark quality system. This robust system included everything from Training, to Maintenance, to structured problem solving, and more. I appreciated working with Anisha in each of her roles, many of which were known as difficult assignments. Anisha demonstrated that she is a quick learner and simply a pleasure to work with. Anisha is the type of coworker that every employee wants to work with, and every Manager hopes to have. I highly recommend Anisha.
