I worked within Accenture's UK&I Health and Public Sector practice for public sector clients across central government, policing and military, as well as a retail banking client. My roles for these clients were across change management, learning and development and business readiness for large scale transformation programmes, usually with complex IT solutions. I also delivered process improvement and overall programme management and governance. As part of the Teach First programme, I taught Mathematics across KS3 and KS4. I am particularly proud of designing an alternative curriculum for my low attaining Year 10 class which improved their numeracy, and establishing a Maths homework club for Year 7-10 pupils.
