  In July 2019, Westgate Lettings rebranded & joined the Hunters Estate Agents franchise. My role within the company has changed slightly and I am now the sales & Lettings manager and I oversee an office of 3 other staff. Day to day I will deal with arranging viewings, carrying out viewings, market appraisals for both sales & Lettings, property management & any other landlord or tenant query. It is also my job to ensure all negotiators and administrators are up to date with all tasks, let’s, sales or maintenance issues. Through joining Hunters, it will allow us to continue to grow within the property market, ensure we stay up to date with all new legislation changes within renting & ensure all staff are trained and accredited.
