It was a pleasure to work with Anish Sethi who is a gifted software developer. He built for us an online cloud-based Circadian Calculator to assess the impact of light on circadian rhythms and health. Anish converted our core algorithms derived through scientific research on human subjects into a web-based user-friendly application with a cleanly designed interactive user interface supported by a reliable API. He interacted well with our scientific and engineering team members and was attentive to the requests for design and process changes to optimize the application. He has my highest recommendation.

It's rare to come across a talent like Anish. I had the opportunity to work with him over the course of a year and a half as his mentor and a team mate. I was particularly impressed by Anish's skills to take every new challenge as an opportunity and build the course of his actions. He was effectively able to juggle between multiple projects and create a difference in the productivity of the team! As his team lead, he earns my highest of recommendations.

Created a cloud-based Circadian Calculator to assess the impact of light on circadian rhythms and health. Converted core algorithms derived through scientific research on human subjects into a web-based user-friendly application with a cleanly designed interactive User Interface supported by a reliable API that converted the excel-based calculations into JavaScript code. The user interface is clean, simple and intuitive with input fields and drop-down menus that only appear for specific applications when they are needed. I was also responsible for the creation of the Circadian Database and schema that would store the data entered by a user, room layout and information, user credentials and the calculations performed. Technologies used – ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS and sequelize along with Postgres. Show less

      • GDPR Data Auditing: Built a solution for healthcare providers to filter out patient data to protect and audit access to patient sensitive information via multiple event-based actions in compliance with the GDPR data protection guidelines. The APIs facilitated the auditing of actions to track users who view, edit or enter sensitive Patient Health Information in the form of Audit logs,• Protocol Appointments: Developed fuzzy logic-based API’s which enabled the RevenueCycle solution to schedule and complete appointments with constraints based on specific medical treatment procedures. The application also allowed the user to book and complete multiple and series appointments in the RevenueCycle application along with filtering results according to patient information searched in the appropriate view.• UI enhancements and Timers: Completed multiple enhancements for the RevenueCycle application in Java which included updating legacy code to Java 8 standards and added timers to measure the time taken by a feature when activated, thus identifying parts of the application which needed to be optimized. Fixed multiple defects and optimized legacy code to improve quality of existing code. Adding Junits using Mockito for all new code to maintain code standards. Show less
