I had the pleasure of working with Anish over the past few months on optimization of the Army Medical Command's Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) process / Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES). This effort was a complex initiative involving roughly 38 hospitals across the US. It was one of the most successful enterprise improvement initiatives I have ever witnessed and Anish played a key role in that success. The tools and techniques I saw Anish master include value stream mapping, change management, visual displays, standardized work, staff engagement, TIMWOOD analysis, RACI, and making decisions based on data and facts to name a few. I can personally vouch for Anish's character, his work ethic, and his ability to learn nuanced concepts quickly.
