Anish is one of those exceptional managers who naturally serve as an inspiring mentor for the whole team. He is a great listener. I would also like to add that Anish has always been willing to help other employees grow in their jobs. Anish has native intelligence, great interest in innovative ideas, and plenty of common sense that he has applied to solve many problems.

I am working with a very talented group of engineers to help them integrate enterprise technology into their amazing smart lock solutions. Working on industry flow charts and presenting technology partnerships, I can understand how companies are developing their building management systems and where and how to incorporate new technologies to offer a seamless user experience for the end customer. This includes biometrics integrations, access control and hybrid working features and much more. I have also gained a much deeper understanding of smart lockers as a product which has opened my eyes to how different engineering fields come together to work towards a cohesive technological solution. Through product testing I have also learnt how to account for edge cases in the design phase in order to create a truly groundbreaking product and how to solve issues when identified. I would like to thank the entire engineering team and my manager for providing me with this opportunity to learn and grow. Show less

Sage art is a platform created with the goal of helping young digital artists earn through their art. We strongly believe in earning through expression. Since digital art is not in any physical form the sale, and purchase of these is a different process. It is especially hard for a new digital artist to get a steady earning. Sage is a platform where artists can earn without raising capital or investing in the promotion. We do premium merch with the utmost appreciation for ART of all kinds. We aim to deliver products that resonate and represent small voices in the form of unique creations. Reach out to me if you’re interested in getting involved with SAGE, we’re looking for talented young digital artists who have a unique story to tell. Visit our website to register as an artist! The Science Paradox is a digital magazine created by a group of exceptional young Indian scientists with a goal of bringing the latest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to the masses in a unique and understandable way. TSP has been publishing content for over a year and have collaborated with reputed organizations such as ISER and Project Encephalon. I have partnered with TSP to work on their digital transformation, including but not limited to social media growth, increase readership, website redesign and business expansion. I aim to create a community of inspired young scientists through TSP. Knowing that my work at The Science Paradox would contribute towards making India a leader in the scientific community pushes me to strive for more. Feel free to reach out to me if you’re interested in The Science Paradox. Show less

During the pandemic, I took a break year and worked as a Marketing Manager for a firm called Fonzel in India. My responsibilities were to create content for social media from post based to video-based content, Designing and overlooking the development of two of the company’s websites, one of which was a static corporate website (for lead generation) and the other one was an eCommerce platform for their products (Office and home furniture). Along with that, I was in charge of setting marketing campaigns and developing sales support material like brochures and catalogs. I managed a team of five members who were professionals in the fields of: graphic design, UI UX design, content writing, web development, and SEO. Through my efforts in digital marketing, the company was able to generate leads worth 500,000 USD in a span of 3 months. This position gave me some great insights on online promotion, Marketing event management, and most importantly people management skills. Show less
