• Analyze the RFQ/RFP, tender documents, drawings and specifications. • Evaluating tender specifications and preparing proposals for LV/MV electrical, instrumentation and industrial automation systems. • Manage all site visits necessary for investigations/studies to allow for tender preparation. • Preparation of complete quotations commercially and technically. • Follow up on tenders, quotations, offers and prospective business and liaise with clients. • Technical compliance with IEC, DEWA, DM, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA and other statutory requirements/standards. • Participate in techno-commercial negotiations with clients for order conversion and managing subsequent contracts. • Preparation of contract documents and corresponding clarification with client. • Handover finalized orders to project management team and participate in project launch. • Support execution team in planning, organizing and scheduling work. • Review design inputs and engineering drawings. • Process and follow up on orders placed with suppliers/sub-contractors that form part of projects/contracts. • Ensure contract performance is achieved through timely contract reviews. • Record contract deviations and mitigate techno commercial impacts. • Consult and coordinate with clients/consultants/internal departments to resolve disputes. • Prepare system documentation in compliance with company policies and standards. • Provide status updates to General Manager, Project Stakeholders and/or Consultants/Clients. • Assess cost effectiveness of materials or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. • Conduct special studies to develop, establish & optimize budgets. • Prepare and maintain directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. • Guide project team through installation, commissioning & final handover. • Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design, equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
