  Based in the prestigious Mayfair area – Park lane Club is positioned as one London’s most exclusive members clubs. Primarily a casino tailored to the VIP market. Duties include (but not limited to): • Financial Planning and Analysis – Solely responsible for reviewing, scrutinising and updating monthly & quarterly forecasts and presenting them to the board. • Budgeting – Working with department heads to produce detailed budgets with a view to maximise revenues and reduce costs. • Cash flow analysis – Created a flexed daily and monthly cashflow model which underpins business decisions and is used by the board on a regular basis. • Management accounts - Responsible for preparation & presentation of management accounts with a turnover of £20m. Post month end commentary highlighting significant variances accompanied by suggested action points and pro-active analysis. • Company secretary duties • Managing a team of four (2 Finance assistants, 1 Management account and 1 Payroll manager) • Business Partnering: Daily interaction with the board to drive key business decisions and strategies to adopt. Duties include (but not limited to): • Month End: Responsible for preparation & presentation of 15 subsidiary management accounts with a combined turnover of £190m. Detailed balance sheet reconciliations produced before the P&L’s are finalised each month. • Forecasting: Analysing results and liaising with department heads to update their forecasts on a weekly basis. Scrutinising any increases in costs or discrepancies with the DOR as well as being the main point of contact for re-forecasting. • Planning: Producing detailed budgets for full P&L for the concerned casino directors. Ensure appropriate challenges are made and that common-sense approach is used. • Business Partnering: Daily interaction with department heads and financial director for the group answering their queries regarding revenue and costs. Liaising with Auditors to ensure that all queries and computations are answered and resolved.
