Anisa was the first executive assistant I ever had – that job category does not do her justice. I was not sure how to utilize someone in that roll or what to expect of it. She coached me and together we developed an approach that assisted me and city hall in the ways I didn’t even know were needed. To say she made things in the office run smoothly would be a gross understatement. She has an uncanny ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges and address those challenges before they become problems. Anisa managed large special projects for the city, coordinated human resources activities, and managed board communications – among many other duties. The quality of her work was without exception of the highest quality. Anisa is flexible, good-natured, supportive, and firm when needed. Anisa has a wonderful sense of self. She brought a great attitude and energy to the position of Assistant to the City Manager. It was truly a loss for our organization when she decided to move on. She will be an amazing asset to any organization or endeavor she chooses to be a part of. If you have the opportunity to work with this exceptional individual, take it. You will not be disappointed.

Sloth I

Anisa cannot truly be described with mere words. She is unflappably professional, relentlessly creative, and staggeringly knowledgeable in the wide world of the arts. Whether as a project photographer or voice-over talent, Ms. Williams never ceases to give 100% - and more. Her understanding of the full breadth of any media project gives her perspective and insight that is invaluable to the production. I highly recommend Anisa and look forward to working with her in the future.

I also designed and created several event promotions and handled event planning. Coopersville is a small but thriving community situated halfway between Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore.
