Being the sole point-of-contact between the club and the administration, I managed to set up admin rights for XIMB Toastmasters Club so that it could independently send out mails and book classrooms to seamlessly conduct its meetings. With managing to conduct at least one session each week amidst a hectic MBA curriculum, I actively attended meetings of other clubs within Bhubaneswar area to learn from the best practices in order to implement the same at our club.
