   Planning of daily activity of maintenance and ongoing project works in the plant. To monitor the Project activity to keep a track of it and meet the scheduled timelines. Preparing & checking of Equipment's specification and making comparative analysis to verify the performance.  Communicating with the external agencies to procure the maintenance and project related accessories, Material, spares and Equipments. Organize and supervise the maintenance technicians for doing various maintenance activities intimated from various department. Handling works of MS and SS fabrication PP, FRP, HDPE, Insulation. Modification, Fabrication and repairing of utility and process piping’s as per requirement. Equipment selection and ordering as per user department requirement. Carrying out preventive & break down maintenance of plant & utilities equipment as per schedule. Monitoring the consumption of Water, power and fuel so as to meet the budgeted amounts. Co-ordinate with Production department to achieve the production schedule on a daily basis for smooth functioning. Preparing qualifications of equipment's IQ, OQ, PQ & VOQ. Performing equipment inspection and FAT at vendor site. Preparing & updating preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, work records, calibration records, breakdown maintenance records, breakdown history records. Operational and maintenance troubleshooting. Planning of shift activities according to requirements and priority of work. Utilizations of manpower. To check for the safety followed during works(Hot work, work at height and unsafe working conditions) Review and checking of reports. Preparing drawings in AutoCAD as per required. Validation of HVAC systems and calibration of instruments with external party. To perform breakdown maintenance and investigate the root cause to avoid further failure.
