  We started in 2015 and it's been quite a quite a roller coaster since then - something I'd do over again but maybe with even more love and care. it began as a video production studio but within all these years - learning, experimenting and pushing ourselves we have been transitioning into something - I do not even know what to call yet. Maybe it's a mixed bag of (Agency + film + Audio )studio, but I love it for the very reason and also because when a project comes in, with having only limited constraints of our own - there are a lot more possibilities to look into. Here at Creative Rascals, We do projects that often need distinct domain expertise but we pull it off with a fairly small and skilled team (Inhouse + Collaborations) who work towards doing it with grace for it to become more of shared experience across all ends.

  I Did my Internship/Training with HT Campus working as a Project Manager/Team Lead and successfully lead a team of 20 people for a specific project that lasted for about 3 months. It was a great learning experience in managing a team of my college juniors, and getting the job done.
