It has been my pleasure working with Anil VP for 4 years wherein he reported into me as the Sales Head for IT & Gaming business. VP - is one of the best 'salespeople' I have worked with and is great at managing his time, driving his team and incredibly organized. He is persistent without being annoying, and above all he gets results! Obviously, sales is a highly competitive field. Each time our company set an objective, we knew VP would lead the sales team from the front to touch the finishing line. Some of the other key success factors with VP are his action & results orientation, thick customer engagement & relationships nurtured over the years, effectively handling emotional customers, rapid decision making, high integrity & value's system, influencing skills and going above & beyond the call of duty.
