Within FirstBase IT, I act in the capacity of Project Lead & Business Analyst for the UK and Europe Working in the capacity of a Business Analyst gaining complete exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle from Project Initiation (PID), Discovery (DFDs using Visio, User Stories, GAP-Analysis, MosCoW), Design (As Is-to Be) to Testing (Postman) and BAU using the aforementioned tools to help present requirements to key stakeholders and our offshore development team. Management of the divisions that I run are provided through weekly and bi-weekly SCRUM meetings and the maintenance of a JIRA system logging tickets and Project Progression.
