Having worked with more than 200+ Families across India, Nepal & UAE & USA, I have developed capabilities and set up an organisation for advising on Professionalization and Growth of Family Business, Family Constitution Creation and Implementation, Coaching and Mentoring of Family Leaders and Ownership/Management Succession Planning. With close to two decades of experience of working with Business families like Godrej, GMR Group, Dalmia Bharat, DCM Shriram, Kirloskar, SRF and others, we have been able to devise a mechanism which enables families to compress the time taken in developing a Family Business Constitution from 2-3 years to 4-6 months. Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University USA and Indian School of Business Hyderabad have made a film on a family business intervention done by me which is taught as part of a case study in both these Schools.
