- Supported the earthwork of the warehouse and townhouse project in line with the cost, time, scope and quality goals. (Contract value of up to $2M AUD.) - Conducted field measurements to calculate concrete volumes in complex structures manually or using AutoCAD and Revit software. - Assist in preparing comprehensive ITPs and ITCs to support the Civil Quality Assurance work and ensure alignment with the acceptance criteria and relevant standards. - Analysed cost data using Advanced Excel and provided actionable insights on trends, variances and process improvements that led to improving operational costs by 4%. - Reviewed building plans and design specifications while working with the senior engineers to introduce new checklists that improved the transparency of deliverables. - Managed project scope by developing effective relationships with various stakeholders including senior leadership teams, project managers, architects, building surveyors, suppliers and subcontractors.
