Scaled user base from 0 to 500,000+ in < 6 months across Nigeria, India, Kenya, US, Philippines etc. - Led all the major strategic initiatives at Pillow Fund as the #1 business hire in the company (joined Day 0), to establish Pillow as the biggest Web3 based Neobank in Nigeria. - Spearheaded the entire strategy, planning and on-ground execution of Pillow's biggest brand campaign: Nigeria's largest music concert with Global Superstar Wizkid that saw 100K+ audience; Pillow was co-sponsor along with Pepsi and Airtel - Led a 15+ member team to execute offline & online campaigns under concert sponsorship; garnering a massive 25M+ social media reach & enhancing organic acquisition by 5X; creating a playbook for all future brand campaigns. - Owned the influencer marketing charter. Launched campaigns in-house with 150+ influencers globally with a median TAT of < 7 days; led the charter to be the fastest, cheapest and biggest channel of acquisition with a CAC of sub-$3 and 62% overall contribution in acquisition. - Built Pillow’s business projections and GTM plan for key markets by by incorporating assumptions along with scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, crucial to securing the $18M in series A funding. - Designed product experiments for funnel optimization and retention uplift at zero cost, led to a 34% improvement in CAC. 3 out of the 4 product experiments were later developed as a feature based on success metrics.
