III. HR System (NLID – VN Resource): - I’m a key person in the digital transformation project of Nam Long HR system. - I’m in charge of working with vendor (VN Resource) to make requirements related to timesheet, salary calculation, tax, social insurance, leave procedure ...... and then I handle to test case, process and test the timesheet/ payroll in the system and excel in the same time. - When the new system gone live, I was also in charge of supporting and guiding/ training department’s admin and employees in using the system. - Besides, on time of using the system, I’m taking note and discuss with employees/vendor to have improvements to ensure the system operates more efficiently and friendly.       I. C&B Operation: C&B team has 3 - 5 staffs (HC permanent & Service) to handle task relevant to C&B Operation such as: - Monthly payroll for local and expat (~2000 HC), PIT monthly & PIT Finalization, MoMo’s care (Health care). - Social insurance, timesheet and labor contracts - Movement process, new hire and leaving process, Internal & external labor reports. - Policy & procedure, quarterly, monthly bonus calculation, other report - Data base on system, profile employees and other task. - Accrual & Actual report, reconcile with A&F and prepare data/ docs for internal/ external audit. C&B Project: I’m in charge annual health check-up project.
