  I am accountable for • the end to end project management of major multidisciplined projects/ programs, including of multi–disciplined design groups, multiple internal/ external construction contractors. • Implementing the RailCorp Project Management Methodology (RPMM) which is base on the PMBOK. • Managing projects/ programs over their life clycle up to value of $30M per annual and ensure all work is delivered to Clients’ expectations, specific engineering standards with proper regard to environmental, risk and safety requirements. Currently, I am responsible for project management of the delivery of Traction System Upgrade (TSU) substation sectioning hut and HV feeder projects. I brought the NSW rail experts to work with the external contractors (Lang O'Rouke and Downer- Works Infrastructure) to deliver successfully this commercial project to client’s satisfaction.
