Supported Campfire in its transition into a member of the Lift Alliance through identifying key artefacts and deltas for documentation required as part of the transition project, Benang, and the proceeding project alignment plan. Created key artefacts such as the master test plan through identifying and engaging key stakeholders. Responsible for the operational delivery of development services for the Department of Education Western Australia's Online Professional Learning system (OPL) and Digital Forms service (FORMS). Engaged, scheduled and balanced workloads for project resources to deliver critical enhancements to systems in line with stakeholder expectations. Applied agile methodologies to deliver incremental business value early and often. I was involved in both projects as a team lead and business analyst. Primary duties included requirements elicitation, stakeholder management (managing 15 individual business stakeholders at any given time), developing a product roadmap and supporting the full software development life cycle.

Worked cross-functionally to support the agile life-cycle development of identity management, over 80 bespoke java applications and the Department's primary content management systems. Responsibilities included service queue management, 3rd level support, change management, onboarding and offboarding staff members, coordinating user acceptance testing, backlog management and managing stakeholder expectations.

    • Customer Support and Training Officer
      • Mar 2020 - Mar 2021

In this role I am primarily responsible for providing high-level technical support to Department of Education staff on the use of the Department's Electronic Document and Records Management System, Microfocus Content Manager (AKA TRIM) and advice on Recordkeeping Best-Practice and the relevant legislative requirements. While carrying out my primary duties I use ServiceNow to liaise with staff of all levels, and there is a high focus on building positive stakeholder relationships to break down information silos with all business units.

    • Records Officer
      • Jul 2019 - Mar 2020

I was part of the Student File Collection Project initially, and then played a major role in transforming that project to an ongoing service that is known as the School Archival Service. During the transformation, I was responsible for classifying information, liaising with stakeholders and creating and implementing help cards that were disseminated across the state to all schools engaged with the service. As an original member of the Student File Collection Project, I was tasked with training our new staff in the use of our complex administrative processes, as well as documenting these processes using ProMapp.
