This role included regular liaison and communication with all Area Construction Managers, reporting to the Site Manager, and the Site Director for construction/engineering conflict management and resolution, and review of contracts with respect to contractor's agreed upon scope in order to identify in-field construction deficiencies requiring immediate attention to maintain forecasted completion schedules. Later in the Project I became part of a small task force established by the Site Manager to plan and execute the completion of specialty work fronts not captured within the major contractors scope of work or as late additions of scope to the Project.
