Angie is a highly regarded team lead. She has a great grasp for the needs of the project as well as the ability to manage the personnel assigned to her team to deliver the required projects. She goes the extra mile to anticipate customer needs, and demonstrates an understanding of the overall system to be delivered. I would have Angie lead any of my development teams in the future.

I am the Director, SQA & Technical Documentation at this division of 3M (formally known as Federal Signal Technologies). I've known Angie for the last 2 years and I will state for the record that Angie is the best software developer (quality AND quantity codewise) out of all the developers we have in Austin, TX office and in our Irvine office. She has delivered on EVERY project she has been assigned. The tollroad backoffice system is an enterprise-level, complex, high volume system. She has Lead ability. She has incredible integrity and loyalty. She practices sound development methodologies and procedures. She is a team player. She is someone I would bring on as an equity person if I were starting a company. Don't let her English language shortcoming fool you, she is an excellent technical communicator and she has a fantastic software logic solution ability.
