  Registration Department/Supervisor - Register doctors for review course and continuing education courses. My department coordinates the arrangements between Osler and the participant who choose to attend. We handle the money transactions and we are responsible for arranging for their hotel stay. Customer Service at it's best!Faculty Coordinator - Schedule faculty to teach at course. Investigate the material needed for the program. Recruit Doctors from all over the country to give lectures on a topic they specialize in. I coordinate their flights, make their hotel reservation, schedule their pick ups to and from the airport, handle their notes and power points and calculate their honorarium and expenses. Attend and oversee the courses that I specialize in. Check in the attendees, provide their materials, introduce faculty, set up equipment and be a liaison between the doctors, Osler and the hotels. Follow procedures and complete paperwork associated with the Osler ACCME Accreditation. Includes sending CME Certificates out to all participants that qualify after a course is completed.
