Mr Morningstar's role as coordinating chair of the ILGA Asia conference organising committee has enabled this project to progress towards a potentially successful conclusion. His meeting facilitation skill enabled the team members of that committee to fully integrate their skills to the extent that I would class his presence in the team as pivotal to the project's eventual success. I am sure with such readily transferable skills, i.e. people organisation and time management, that he will be an asset to any organisation that has him in a management role.
